The Hertfordshire RFU Boys U18 program is dedicated to nurturing the talent and potential of young male rugby players in Hertfordshire.
Our aim is to provide a supportive and competitive environment where boys can develop their skills and aspire to reach the highest levels of the game.
Our Mission
We are committed to promoting rugby in Hertfordshire and encouraging more boys to get involved in the sport. Our program focuses on player development and preparing boys to excel on the rugby field. We take pride in our role in the England Rugby pathway, with many of our players representing regional and national teams.
Competitions
The Boys U18 team participates in multiple games per year in and around the East region. These games provide valuable opportunities for our players to test themselves against h3 opposition and further their development as rugby players.
Development Focus
Our program places a h3 emphasis on player development and preparing boys to perform at their best. We provide regular training sessions where players receive expert coaching and guidance to help them reach their full potential. Our established management and coaching team are dedicated to delivering an aspirational program that prepares players for success on and off the field.

Eligibility
To be eligible to participate in the Hertfordshire RFU Boys U18 program, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be in the under 18 age bracket (Year 13) and below.
- Live or study in Hertfordshire.
- Play for a Hertfordshire rugby club.
- Have previously played for Hertfordshire.
- Be born in Hertfordshire.
Selection Process
Players are selected through trials conducted by our coaching staff. This process ensures fairness and transparency in player selection.
